This is a free mini course offered by First Aid for the Blind. In 15 minutes, you’ll get tips and tricks for navigating the kitchen. Justine teaches blind and low-vision folks what gadgets will help them cook safely and effectively.

Khala experiences tunnel vision and light sensitivity. She can no longer drive and was originally worried that she would never be able to do the things she enjoyed. Luckily, First Aid for the Blind showed her that there is hope.

Luckily, Gage’s future is still bright. When we last checked in with him, Gage and his dad were off on an adaptive ski trip in Colorado! With or without sight, Gage is clearly a smart and engaged learner who is capable of accomplishing great things in his life. We at FAFTB are just glad we could be part of his story.
